jeggings n belt{target} shirt{walmart} sweater{loft} booties{steve madden}

yesterday i attempted to do the messy side pony that joanna over at a cup of jo tutorialed.
{like that? i just made up a word}

and it was awful. ok maybe not that bad but i kinda felt like i belonged in... we'll i'll be nice but lets just say i felt like i looked a bit old fashioned, not cute.
so instead of the pony i just twisted it into a messy bun and pinned it. it worked. 

you know what i just realized though? i mean like right now as i type this second realize? i didn't do a side part!! crazy! thats honestly probably why i thought i looked really off! well that and "doing" hair is something i've never excelled at. 
ok i will be giving this hairdo another go around very soon. the right cute way this time.

**please pretend like my new growth isn't as obvious as it appears. for vanity sake. yikes its bad**

  8. Love this look! While participating in 30 for 30 I have made a shopping list and skinny belts are definitely on it! You look put together and gorgeous while still looking completely relaxed.
