ReplyDeleteMy favorite dish is FOR SURE gluten free pie! Being gluten free, its pretty difficult to enjoy everyday foods but when someone goes out of their way to make something gluten free (like apple pie), my heart is filled with joy :) Happy Thanksgiving!

I am a follower and your blog makes me happy :). I'm spending thanksgiving with my in-laws this year so it's not the same menu that I'm used to. But my favorite family recipe that they make is thanksgiving slush. It's a frozen yumminess of grapefruit, cherries, and oranges served in sprite. Pretty good :)

Now I know that most people have never eaten them, but it is a traditional dish in my family handed down from my German grandma...we all love them and it wouldn't be Thanksgiving without them! I absolutely love the cowl!! Here's an idea...for those of us that don't win your handmade one, would you post a tutorial on how to make it?

ReplyDeleteMy favorite Thanksgiving dish is one that we actually forgot to make for dinner yesterday and are planning on making for dinner tonight-- green bean casserole! My boyfriend and I just realized this morning that in all the hustle and bustle of cooking for my mom and brother and our daughter, we completely forgot the green bean casserole! It's going to make a delicious side dish with all of our leftovers for dinner tonight though!

Hi Becky...I read your blog and watch your thursday latelies every week! My favorite dish from Thanksgiving is Homemade Sugar Cookies with a powdered sugar glaze. Everytime I make these treats they are gone in a matter of minutes. I would also like to share that I'm SOO super thankful for the little things...I'm so grateful for my hubby Joe, our 2 kids and the fact they we have a home, jobs and friends and family to do life with. I missed dessert which is usually my favorite ... but this year I LOVED the stuffing with cranberries in it... it was the only thing I went back for senconds on... maybe thirds :)
